Poor service experience. 90-minute 'while you wait' service booked for 08:30. I arrived at 08:20 and checked in. At 09:10, my vehicle still hadn't moved from where I parked, at the front of the Sytner showroom. Vehicle not ready before 10:50

My service advisor was excellent, went above and beyond to get approvals for my vehicle with the leasing company, who were pretty challenging to work with. I was always kept in the loop with any updates.

I have dropped a star because in my personal view I feel that the new procedure of not having a Service Advisor interface to the customer and to use Whatsapp is not a good move forward. In this recent visit I did not see a Service Advisor at all.

BMW always provides an excellent customer service. It is easy to book a service. Provides vehicle health check video. Customer service staff is friendly and answers all questions patiently. Regular updates on the repair or service status.

The lady at the mot/service desk when picking up my key & car was friendly. The same can't be said for the 2 staff at the front desk, they didn't welcome me at all, just got a stare. They also failed to quote me for a new key.

The tracking app was not functioning, and when a few issues such as 'nail in tyre' and 'rear break pads need replacing' (on the rear occasion it did work) I had to call the customer service for advice; I thought I would have been called

The service and recall job was handled excellently by dealer. Car jobs needed car to be left 3 days. Unfortunately BMW do not allow over 85's insurance for courtesy car!! Long standing BMW. Customer very unhappy.

for disable the keys issued before as they are not in my hand. This is a used car i bought from car company . It takes £150 for keys disable. It is very expensive.It is just a service in BMW Hong Kong. And a car safety provided by BMW.

Navasha is great. Let down by technicians not being thorough. 1. Didn't send video inspection. 2. Rear wiper repair: Ordered new wiper blade, but asked to keep old one as a spare. It was not kept. 3. Fix panel behind driver seat - did not fix it.

Everytime I have been to the service part I have not had good experiences, I wasn't given a courtesy car I booked a month before, my car was cleaned and was not happy how it was left, my car was marked which did get sorted.

Disappointed that the MOT found things wrong that the initial vehicle inspection did not. The person handling my service did not know the vehicle was still under extended warranty until I pointed it out.

The service is good on the face of it but it's really hard to find answers to simple questions and employees rarely provide good customer service unless there is direct revenue from it. Disappointing in many ways to be honest.
