The work on my car was due to completed on Thursday 6/3/25, but I was told that further diagnostic testing would be needed overnight. I then had a call to say that it was ready to collect on Friday but I couldn't get to the garage until Saturday.

Sytner has implemented a new way of dealing with people when they drop their car off, normally I would be seated and talk to a supervisor about what I wanted doing, however this time I was asked to fill out a form and be on my way. Felt a-bit rushed.

The only disappointment is that I was advised 90mins whilst you wait. In total I was waiting three and half hours. This isn't a problem if you are aware beforehand. At 2 hours I checked and I was told 5mins. In total I was 3.5hours.

In for an MOT passed, all ok. I had a noise from the car, I paid the £150 for you to investigate, told it was not wheel bearings but possibly wheel alignment, balancing. Went to Marlow tyres man looked and said it was the rear tyres. Replaced and ok!

A short 10 minute recall took 2.5 hours. I was not informed what was happening with my car and eventually discovered that it was taken to another garage without my consent. Car is only a few months old and they carried out an unauthorised MOT.

On this occasion I dropped a star just because I had a 90 min waiting appointment and was in a rush (even asked for my car not to be washed). My car didn't even get moved for 1hour and 3hours later I had to ask where the car was, and was almost late

Yesterday my car broke down. Had to use BMW assistance service. The car had to be recovered. Apparently no oil in the vehicle. The technician who attended said that the oil had completely drained out and couldn't be driven !

My vehicle went in with one issue however collected with a entirely different issue. I was not made aware of the issue, and alarmingly let me drive away in a vehicle that may have had an undiagnosed or impending failure posing a significant safety.
