Did ask for my tyres to be inflated as my BMW app notified me only a couple of days previously that they were a bit low. The lady at the service desk said it would be done as a matter of routine as part of the service. Unforutnately they weren't.

The car was in for a battery change, which was carried out at what I considered a reasonable price. A free inspection of the overall condition of the car was carried out and it was reported to be in very good order.

I was led to believe I'd have a proper inspection which should involve scanning the computer, if the car was already clean and didn't need cleaning I should have been offered the scan for courtesy measures, the inspection was incredibly basic.

Treated well by staff. Knocked off a star as I was asked if I wanted a complimentary clean to the car and I agreed but upon picking the car up, the car had not been cleaned. This was a selling point for me as I rescheduled MOT from KwikFit to Sytner.

The servicing at BMW is incredibly poor. Your centralised call centre is terrible and especially unhelpful. Having no contact with the actual garage doing the car is unhelpful when the service centre is as poor as it is. Car is never ready on time

Generally a very good experience all the time and all-round, however I had to return 3-4 times for one issue (with my rear tailgate / boot) which led to multiple issues of inconvenience, taxis, loan cars etc. I think it could have been avoided.

The link between retailer and Customer seems to be broken. It was a very unsatisfactory experience. The service team were unhelpful and defensive. Despite the error being the dealers fault. Inconvenience to customers is not factored into any dialogue

Every visit seems chaotic. I was getting private plates fitted and everyone told me different things. No one knew what to do and all said opposing steps to follow. It felt all over the place.
